Places on upcoming chapters of the Bladelands Chronicles will not be booked until we have received payment, and every booking must be accompanied by a copy of this form. For details of payment methods, see the Payment Information document. Increased charges apply to payments received less than 2 weeks before the event.
Places in each chapter will be generally offered on a
first come first service basis. Once your payment has arrived you will receive confirmation of your booking - if you have not received this within 2 weeks of making your payment please contact us in case there has been a problem. Should the event already be full when you send your booking form and payment we will place you on a waiting list and will contact you if we have any cancellations. If we do not have any cancellations we will return your payment to you, or credit it towards a future event.
Cancellation policy: If you make a cancellation made up to 1 month before the event we will refund your payment in full, or credit it towards a future event. If you make a cancellation up to 2 weeks before the event we will refund 50% of your payment, or credit it towards a future event. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are not eligible for a refund.
